You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account is considered to have been authorised by you unless you notify us immediately of unauthorised access.
Akra Game may require identity verification at any point during your account lifetime. This is a standard part of responsible platform operation. Verification may involve confirming your identity, address or payment method ownership. Until verification is satisfactorily completed, withdrawals may be held pending. Providing false or misleading information during verification will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
All deposits on the Akra Game platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied on your end.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimums are PKR 200 for mobile wallets including JazzCash and Easypaisa, PKR 500 for Raast and card transactions, and PKR 1,000 for direct bank transfers. These minimums are subject to change and the latest figures are always shown on the Deposit page before you confirm any transaction.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your Akra Game balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed in your wallet app. Raast transfers usually settle within minutes through your bank. Direct bank transfers and card deposits may take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. If a deposit has not appeared in your account after the expected processing window, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Akra Game does not charge any platform fees on deposits. The full PKR amount you initiate is what gets credited to your balance. Your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are outside Akra Game's control. Please check with your wallet provider or bank if you are unsure whether any charges apply on their end.
Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. Akra Game follows a same-method withdrawal policy to maintain payment security and prevent fraud.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
Akra Game aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission on business days. VIP account holders benefit from priority withdrawal processing. Once Akra Game has approved and dispatched the transfer, the time for funds to appear in your wallet or bank account depends on the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers typically arrive within minutes once dispatched; bank transfers may take a few hours.
Akra Game does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. As with deposits, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Akra Game has no visibility over or control of third-party provider fees.

All bets placed on Akra Game are subject to acceptance by the platform. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number or confirmation message. Akra Game reserves the right to decline or limit any bet, including those that appear to have been placed as a result of a pricing error, system fault or unusual market movement.
In the event that a betting market is offered at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error, Akra Game reserves the right to void any bets placed at those incorrect odds and to refund the original stake to your account balance. This applies to all markets including Cricket, PSL, Football and Esports.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the window specified in the individual market rules, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules apply to individual markets — for example, PSL matches have their own rain rule provisions. Market-specific rules are published within the betting interface for each fixture.
Live in-play betting markets update in real time during a match or event. Akra Game does not guarantee continuous availability of live markets and may suspend or close a market at any point during live play, for example during breaks in play, following a significant in-game event or due to data feed issues. Bets already confirmed prior to a market suspension remain valid unless otherwise stated in the market rules.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before confirming it. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review your bet slip carefully — including the selection, stake amount and any accumulator combinations — before confirming.
Akra Game applies maximum payout limits which vary by sport and market type. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the betting interface. Where a single bet or accumulator would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit, Akra Game reserves the right to reduce the payout to the stated maximum while returning any excess stake proportionally.
